The Workbench 2022-10

Added 23 new perl modules in spec-files-extra and updated 29 perl modules.

Over time they will be available as IPS packages for Solaris 11.3, Solaris 11.4 and OmniOS.
For OmniOS 8.0.31 compiles fine on r151038, so testing starts now.
